Wuyi Shui Xian, or Water Sprite, is considered one of the finest floral oolongs. The original variety was found by a Mr. Su near Tai Lake in Fujian. He had the idea of treating the leaves according to the oolong method, and the result was this fine, strong and full-bodied tea with a coppery colour and flowery aftertaste.
