Shou Mei Long Life Eyebrow Premium White Tea Caked 300g

Shou Mei gets its name from the long, thin, crescent-shaped leaves used in production. Rather than being processed, the leaves are simply left in the sun to dry.

Shou Mei haș a stronger taste than lighter white teas such as Silver Needle, with a vegetal taste with overtones of walnut. It sweetens with age.

Brewing Recommendation: Use about 20g per 180 ml of water. Heat the water until steaming and let it steep for 3-4 minutes. Shou Mei is good for multiple infusions.
