Gold Horse Stuffed Tangerine Pu'er

Ripe (shu) pu'er packed into whole tangerine peel and dried under sunlight. The tea leaves are harvested in Yunnan, stuffed into tangerines and then stored in a cool dry location to allow the leaves to ferment, all the while absorbing the flavour of the tangerine.

To brew Gold Horse Stuffed Tangerine Pu'er, include some broken pieces of the tangerine peel. This adds a subtle citrus tang which pleasantly offsets the earthy flavour of the pu'er.
