A ripe pu'er (pu-erh) tea from Yunnan, China.

Ripe or shu pu'er tea has a soft earthy flavour. The tea leaves are put through a fermentation process before being gently dried. This creates a cup with no bitterness and a deep, rich body. Tong Qing Hao pu'er is smooth and deeply refreshing. 

Brewing GuideWater Temperature: 100°C (boiling)
Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon per 250 ml.
Steep Time: 5 minutes (1st infusion), 6 minutes (2nd infusion)
