Wuyi Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) Oolong Organic 50g

Wuyi Da Hong Pao, or Big Red Robe, is a fruity, slightly toasty oolong with an  aftertaste of honeysuckle.

According to legend, an emperor of China long ago draped some tea bushes in his imperial red robes in gratitude for curing his mother’s illness. It became known as 'big red robe' and to this day it's reserved for honoured guests.

Da Hong Pao is grown in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian.
